Each packages is personalised and planned after the initial consultation.

8 Week Nutrition and Movement Package

Includes - 3 scans, personalised training program, nutrition guidence with access to online recipe database & online support. This package is for weight loss, weight gain, illness, injury prevention.

Skilled Athlete

Includeds scans, diary management for upcoming events, movement programe, PT sessions, preformance nutrition support. 

Consultation

Scan and Consultation to discuss existing routine and seek improvement.

Online Training - limited spaces

One to one online coaching, movement, mindfullness, nutrition support. 

Inhouse Coaching

Support of household staff, eductaion to house staff, menu planning and execution of recipes supporting principals goals. This can be online or if face to face is required travel options are available with 1 month notice.
